He's not so bad once you learn the language. [ buffy has had nearly two years to get accustomed to bones and his mannerisms -- and their serious conversations had a habit of going well. still...something like this. ]

[Scotty has his doubts.] Look, lass--all I know are machines. When they're broken down, you fix them up. Give them new parts, oil the gears, set them back to working order again. I've next to no knowledge about these demons, but I feel I have to do something.
