Nice weekend
It's been a nice weekend so far. Friday night Kev worked until midnight. We went to Waffle House with a friend from work afterwards. He was way out of his comfort zone but it was good visiting. Then we went home by about 2. We did laundry and then were on the road to Cuan's by 6:30 am. Our original plan was to drop the guys(Kevin and Rob) off at Cuan's and then Mandie and I would head to the Performer's revel. Mandie had a bad week at school and was recovering from a cold so she decided not to do the event. It turned out to be a good choice because we got to hang out for the fighter practice and cookout. I was able to video most of the fights and teaching moments. I hadn't really planned on that much taping and I was using my digital camera not a camcorder so I didn't have enough batteries or memory but I got a good bit of it. No, nothing is going on youtube or any similar. This was just for in home refernce for the guys.
I can't stop thinking about fighting again. I shouldn't. I really shouldn't. I really want to.
The drive home last night was rough because Kev and I only had about 3 hours sleep each. I wound up driving all the way from the state line to home.
Kev is headed in to work in a little bit and Mandie and I have the day free. I work tomorrow though so I plan to just goof off for the day.
