Exhausted!

This weekend went well. There was a lot of improvising up to and including totally rearranging the courses for feast as we were plating. But, it worked. My kitchen crew rocked! I couldn't have done it without them. Hugs and thanks.
Now, I'm exhausted and headed for bed. Work happens early tomorrow. (because I have rested all weekend right?)
