the massage went well, Tara gave me a breakdown of where she felt trauma/short term tension and where she felt the longer term chronic tension and gave me exercises to work out what I can. And when I saw her today at the market, she checked in on how I felt (which is awesome with awesome sauce) and double checked a few of my spots.
Market was cra-zy today, packed with people; we brought extra cheese, yogurt and gelato and still sold out of a lot of stuff (not the fenugreek, oddly) Then Rick had a meeting so I ended up being there til late, then came home, wrapped presents and attempted to make fudge. The fudge might not turn out as I was interrupted by multiple phone calls. I will keep you posted on that score.
