When a school fight gets out of control...

This is such a pathetic excuse to blog, but since I've been away from livejournal for what seems like forever, I'm going to bring up something that happened at school today.

It wasn't that big of a deal of course, but it was something different.

I stayed after school for English tutorial lessons today. The lesson wasn't interesting at all. In fact, it was rather dreary, considering Ms Keegan had already taught three-quarters of the lesson to our class earlier on this morning. However, the event I want to bring up has nothing to do with English.

It's what happened after class.

I strode towards the train station, with the hope of being able to catch that earlier train so I'll have time to go and eat out at Canley Heights. To my dismay, as I reached the music rooms, some of my friends stopped me from getting to the train station. I later discovered that Thomas' (from year ten) gang had punched a year eleven guy, and then tried to break into the school, so the deputies held a total school lockdown! In other words, that meant all the gates in the school were locked, in order to prevent anyone trespassing into the school, or leaving the school.

Eventually the gates were unlocked and Mr Craig announced that we could leave the school, but we were strongly advised to stay in groups.

I did get to eat my bun bo hue at Canley Heights, even if I had to wolf it down in a mere ten minutes!

fight, school
