hmmm...
well i dont write in here often, its prolly cause i usually dont have much to say... but oh well. anyway... here whats been going on with me lately...
ill start with softball... the season is over, and we did not win. we could have though. we got screwed... yet once again. they scheduked a game for 4:15 suring day light savings... ummm duh... the sun sets at 4:30!!!! any way needless to say we were winning all through out the game... we were beating the 1st place team. we were on a roll. well along comes the 6th inning. we had our at bats... did pretty well, went into the bottom of that inning being up 7 runs. well the other team was taking their time... looking for walks... they ended up scoring 9 runs... and then the game got called due to darkness. they scored so many cause we could not see the ball in the field. well we later find out that the game should ahve been called after 5 innings if it was going to be called at all, and well if they called it when it should have been called we would have won. GRRRR... oh well... its over... and i guess we'll have spring to try again.
work... its going well. the kids are getting better. my co-teacher can be hard to work with at times, but luckily i am easy going person and can deal with it. she gets very cranky with things outside of work, and bring it into work and takes it out on me. its kind of annoying. i am looking forward to a new job search. i am going to update my resume and start very soon. hopefully something will come through for me and i will not have to stay where i am for any longer than i have too.
phil and i... things are going well. we have had a couple little issues, but we are getting through them. right now he is going through a really rough time. a giid friend of his and everyone that he works was killed in a car accident. he is having a hard time dealing with it, but i am here for him. i think sometimes he feels like i am not. i dont know what else i can do to prove to him that i am here and i want to be there to help, but i dont what else i can do. other than that we are doing great... coming up on a year. kind of hard to believe... but very exciting. right now we dont have much planned but i am sure we will come up with something.
soemthing to look forward too... my mom informed me that we are going to NYC for the day in december. we are going to see the rockets x-mas show in the am and then walk around. i am very excited for this!
