Стало лучше )) Еще немного головами подумать, снять ограничения по квалу и вернуть нормальную сетку до двух поражений. ))
4.6.2 Teams are entered by the NF until 1 month before the tournament;
4.6.3 Teams qualify to the tournament through the FIVB NF Entry Ranking and
are seeded in the TOURNAMENT by their individual FIVB seeding points;
4.6.4 The FIVB reserves the right to limit the participation of teams ranking in
the top 10 of the FIVB Entry Ranking at -45 days before a 1-star or 2-star
event.
4.6.5 Teams list is confirmed 3 weeks before the tournament.
