Thirty up-and-coming beach volleyball players will participate in USA Volleyball’s invitation-only Beach High Performance Holiday Camp on Dec. 27-30 at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, Calif.
The camp will focus on intensive volleyball preparation similar to a pre-world championship competition camp. Video from Olympic and world championship competitions will be broken down and studied from different perspectives.
Other topics to be covered include nutrition, sports psychology, travel advice, active recovery, anti-doping and international-style track and weight routines.
