i always forget about this thing.. so im in the works of buying a house in ferndale/oak park/royal oak with neil. im pretty stoked the only downfall is trying to find roomates to rent out the extra bedrooms so if anyone knows anyone who wants to rent a room for 200 let me know im moving in july.
