oh the summertime!
been pretty good lately. got a haircut, so now my hair is shorter and re-layered...still deciding if i like it or not.
the other day luchi and i went out to dinner with these two guys that were from the us. even better...one was from san francisco and the other one went to UCSB....california boys! they werent that cute but they were fun to hang out with. they bought us dessert! yum. we met them because one of them is a really good friend of luchi's cousin (who lives in texas) and since he just moved down here and didnt know anyone called luchi up and we decided to hang out.
on wednesday josi came over and we went out for ice cream with luchi. we all got really excited and planned a weekend escapade to Pinamar (beach town about 5 hours aways were the boys and half of Buenos Aires are at) but the plans were crushed when there was no room in any hotel. i must have been on the phone for over 2 hours, lookign for a place to stay. phooey.
yesterday i met up with Beluly, who i havent seen in forever! we went shopping at this really cool fair thingy thats full of new designers and crafts people. i got a white mini skirt which i've been looking for. we talked and caught up. yay. then i slept over at her house.
we woke up way early today because she was leaving for brazil and since the bus station is 5 blocks from my house i accompanied her and her mom to it. said "see you laters" and now i'm back in my apartment. i can't believe i'm seeing morning light!
i think that i am going to stay awake to smile this hard again
