Exact Address: 354 Purok 5, Barrio Santo Rosario, Hagonoy, Bulacan.
Take NLEX, Enter through Balintawak.
Exit at Tabang Exit, just past Shell gasoline station. Tabang Exit goes up to a bridge which crosses over NLEX. The toll gate is about 3 kms away from the bridge.

After the exit at Tabang, just go straight until you reach the flyover at Malolos crossing. Go up the flyover. Upon getting off the flyover, you'll find the Malolos Provincial Capitol to your right. Take the street on your left.
The street turns left and will come to an intersection in front of Casa Malolena.
Take a right and follow the road until you get to the intersection with the sign that says to take a right towards Paombong.

This will take you through the town of Paombong. Follow the road until you come to the Paombong Municipal Hall and take a right on the street in front of the Hall. You will pass the Paombong Public Market, then, the road will turn left and will take you past Paombong Cemetery.
Just follow the road until you reach a long bridge which will cross to the town of Hagonoy. Just follow the road until you get to a fork in the road in Barrio San Agustin. The fork will be right after a school on your left. Take the left to get to the Hagonoy Town Proper.
You'll know you're in the town proper when you see the Municipal Hall on your left and a mall with a Jollibee on your right. Take a right on the roundabout / rotonda and then take a left and go straight. Follow the road which will take you past the Public Market and the Baliwag Bus station. Just follow the road which will turn left, and take the first right. Follow the road which will take you past Barrio San Nicolas and San Sebastian.
You will get to a triangular roundabout with a monument. Take a right and cross the bridge. Upon alighting from the Bridge you will come to a small market. Just go straight past the market. The 1st intersection from the market, you will find the Ramona Trillana High School.
To Santo Rosario Parish: take a right at the intersection from the school. Just go straight for about 300 meters and you'll find the church on your left, the river on your right.
To Trillana Residence: Just go straight past the school and you will soon find a basketball court on your right. To your left you will find a green gate with a small street beside it. Look for the white house with a terrace.
