ohh, that was fantastic. (this is a TV post)
+ Am now all caught up with SPN, having finally watched the last four episodes. Oh, SPN. I am very glad I have never let you completely take my heart or it would be completely shattered right now. As is I am sad and worried and upset and at the same time SO impressed with what you are doing with the story. COME ON GUYS THINGS HAVE TO WORK OUT. Things that particularly broke my heart: Cas at the end. oh god, Misha, for someone who theoretically is only acting variants of emotionless, you know how to show complete devastation with so little. Why so talented? And Sam trying to comfort him and so determined! Sam's the one pulling them all right now, along with his own bloody baggage, because Dean and Cas are both so close to giving up. Oh, God. How could you do that to these people? (This is why we can't have nice thiiiings.) also, lol forever at Dean's casual "Okay, shoot me. But I warn you, when I come back I'll be PISSED." heee!
+ Leverage! This was actually about a month ago now (three weeks?) but I finally watched all the way through the Season 2 finale and ohhhhh my heart. OH TEAM. Like family to him! He actually SAID it. Holding his hand over his wound, getting his family out safely before he lets himself show weakness or pain. And then there's no fear, he just says out loud what he's been realizing: he's a thief, now. He can't have two identities at war, and they aren't anymore. He's reconciled his honesty with the thievery he uses to achieve it, and OHHHH NATE. also Tara! playing her song, aww! and keeping an eye out on the team all for Sophie, and still going along with a plane she knows is batshit crazy. and Parker! of course you wouldn't have dropped her over the edge, sweetie (HAHA)! also, that's right Sophie, SMACK HIM. Sophie, darling! (which reminds me that omg the Season 1 Finale where Sophie takes off her coat and goes over the edge with Parker was so beautiful. the look on their faces! joyful and triumphant and completely wonderful! Oh, LADIES.)
+ Criminal Minds returns next week! with what looks to be actually quite an interesting episode. The people for the spin-off intrigue me more and more the more previews I see. we shall seeeee!
+ DOCTOR WHO OMG YOU GUYS THERE IS NO WAY THAT WAS NOT AMAZING. *flaily hands* He looks so YOUNG and Amy waited and she waited and then she baited therapists and became a kissogram and got engaged and ran around in a miniskirted policewoman's outfit and was occasionally a nun and a nurse and she is just WONDERFUL! and oh, Eleven! "Basically: run." How he grins and steals clothes and isn't bothered by anything and is a genius and sends plans for faster-than-light travel with two diagrams and A JOKE (naturally!) and a virus and commandeers a vehicle and cheerfully causes mayhem and orders the aliens back and is all HOW DARE YOU LEAVE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION but can hardly even pull off a stern face and how he looks kind of like he is TWELVE (well, eighteen) and "Do I just have a face that no one listens to?" and how he reacts to his double and is all "it has been a busy day!" awww, poor Doctor didn't even get to look in a mirror. D: and yet he remains quite good-looking! (also, bowties are cool. YOU ARE TOO ADORABLE.)
Now off to bed, after I take a quick shower and brush my teeth! for I must be awake at 5 in order to get to the sunrise service at church. (I always go to the sunrise service on Easter. You don't have to be a Christian to appreciate the feeling of sanctity and joy that it has.)
