i have a belief about why yunho hasnt found a mate:
he hasnt found one yet and wants to be the Barney Stinson (from How I Met Your Mother; a playboy) of the Axiarys

Its a thought there is just something about the he says the line
“It’d be nice, but … you know.” Like he was in love with someone he couldn't have or a human that died or something-no problem about the intrusion theories are always fun

see, that was my OTHER belief; that he did find someone in the past (maybe a century or two or three back) but it didnt work--either the person didnt choose him and die of old age or die by human hands for wanting to be turned or is still alive but wont mate with him.
theres a lot of ways his past could have been but will stay somewhat unknown
the only reason i didnt mention it in the previous comment is because theres the part where he says, "Maybe one day" as in a hopeful reference of it might happen in the future but hasnt yet...
