the insanity of it all
Wow. So, today Mom and I actually went wedding dress shopping. Wow. Talk about your really, really confusing shopping trips. Basically we have it narrowed down to two - but they're 100% different. One is lacy, one is simply elegant. Oh yeah, and I'm obsessed with veils. Like I couldn't pay attention to the dresses if Mom put a veil on with it. We're talking floor-length, blowing in the wind on top of Sunset Hill, really awesome veils. Oooohh. I just can't wait :-) Who knew I was a tulle freak? But anyways, I also picked out the bridesmaids' dresses & shoes, but now that I got home I'm freaking out about whether I picked the right color or not. Is it too orchid? Is it pink enough? Should I even be going pink at all? Arrrgghhh. Anyways... so. I tried on like 15 dresses. And 3 of them I had to try on twice. That was really time consuming. But neither Mom nor I cried at all, so that was good. In fact, we really had a good time.
Next on my wedding to-do list: making Dustin narrow down his side of the guest list. And actually put it in writing.
