late night Mumford love
Mumford and Sons are a band (for me) that came out of nowhere and knocked me on my ass. They're incredible. For a 4 part folk band from West London. I dig this kind of music anyway but the people i usually listen to are usually American and not very well known. Mason Jennings anyone?
So the fact these guys have made it mainstream and i mean seriously trans-atlantic world tour type mainstream is awesome. I cant even pick a favourite song because there just isnt one you can single out as being the best one. Their consistency is key.
I'm watching them at the Reading festival now (i'm not at the festival obviously (mud, tents and all those people *shudder*). The beauty of the bbc red button.
