Natasha reads all of them and then doesn't tell him about it for months.
(though on the serious, I think Natasha would regard different forms of martial arts as hobbies. She's trained as a weapon, but I don't know-I think she'd find different fighting disciplines, and how each of those styles deals with entropy- fascinating. Clint would probably also find any type of weaponry fun to play with, on an academic level)
I think they both hate down time. As in, "Vacation? You gotta be fuckin' kidding me. I'd lose my edge!"
Such spare time as they have -- and yes, they DO have it, they just characterize it as levelling out or getting ready for my next mission -- is spent watching cheesy action movies, and criticizing people's styles and assumptions about what spies do. ("No, seriously. Climbing through the window? Who does that? Just hack into the security network, and open the front door! People never suspect the ones who just saunter in.")
They also (especially while levelling out) enjoy reading papers and magazines (and internet commentary) about what people think happened in that op they just completed.
"Hey, Clint, listen to this. Senator dies after dish of mussels. Doctors suspect allergic reaction. Do they have any idea how hard it was to get him to swallow his own tongue? I had to listen to him read his entire election speech while he was wearing that velours bunny suit."
I agree with dance for Natasha and music (guitar, singing, etc) for Clint. I do think Natasha likes reading (I think that is from the comics, right?).
I think Natasha likes to cook (stole that from Scarlett's headcanon, thank you Scarlett lol)...I think Clint likes to walk around naked. But that's not really a hobby, more of a preference. ;)
My headcanon is also that Natasha likes to cook, thanks to Scarlett Johansson's headcanon. I think she likes cooking because preparing something purely for her own enjoyment was something very new for her. It also helps her feel more at home, which again is a new feeling. She mostly cooks for herself and very few others, like Clint and Fury and Maria. If Natasha prepares a meal for you, then she really likes you.
I was watching some Emily VanCamp interviews, trying to get a read on her (so far all I got is she has an amazing body and is the sweetest person ever...may need to watch an ep or two of Revenge) and she was saying how much she loves to cook and now can picture Nat and Sharon in the kitchen together, cooking and relaxing.
I have them both reading. But I have everyone reading so I think that's more me than an actual headcanon.
I like the idea that Natasha is quite cultured, and enjoys museums and art galleries and ballet and opera and theatre etc etc. And Clint likes some of these things, but pretends he doesn't. :P But mostly I think Natasha likes quiet and/or solitary hobbies; reading, going to exhibitions, ballet, puzzles. I think she likes quiet - but not introspective quiet. Like, quiet activities. Partly because I think, while she finds differeny fighting styles and new weaponary very interesting, they're too close to her job to be hobbies. She also likes Sigur Ros, because I like Sigur Ros. :P

YES to the reading. Clint spends hours on stakeouts making up for the fact that he hasn't gotten a formal education. Most of the stuff he reads is related to missions, like when he was sent to Central Asia he read "The New Great Game", just so he can get some context for just why he is being asked to kill someone. Natasha does like the Russian novels -- it's the only time she feels like claiming her Russian heritage.
Ohh, I like your headcanons for both of them. :D Especially about the quiet-not-introspective hobbies for her and the picking up random knowledge for him.

Beyond that, I love playing around with hobbies, just picking something for a fic and running with it.

But yeah, I forgot that one. I totally think they watch movies on downtime and don't DO vacation.
