Greetings, thou of the Honorable 547...
If your week's been anything like mine, I think we could all use a good old-fashioned picspam. (And if an impromptu dance party breaks out, well, we all knew the risks.) In other news, we are up to 496 official members, and I know it goes without saying but it's not gonna stop me---I LOVE EVERYONE IN THIS BAR.

From the B&W in the car, this happened:
He drives until he can't drive anymore - he'd give anything for rain, but the sky, or the baraometer, or fucking God, if he's there - nothing seems to be on Clint's side today. Still, he knows if he goes further, he won't have enough gas to get back anywhere near civilization which, yes, has its appeal, but he doesn't feel like calling Tony for a rescue. His heart is broken, not his brain.
He'd smiled and said he was happy for her, put on his sparkling eyes and toothy grin as she'd shown as much excitement as she ever has.
She introuduced the man by a Russian name, and as Bucky, and as the Winter Soldier, and Clint knew, the look on her face told him that he'd lost her long before he'd ever had her.
He offered his hand to the man - who was, of course, Steve's childhood best friend who happened to have suffered amnesia, because that was the kind of world this had become - monsters and aliens and amnesia - and he had tried not to say anything to Natasha that might belie how he actually felt.
The car was Stark's, but the pain was Clint's, and he pulled off the road, killed the engine and sat on the shoulder of - well, he wasn't sure where he was, didn't remember how he'd gotten here. He knew that he'd lost Natasha to some idiot with a metal arm, and he knew that he probably deserved it.
But I'm not in love with it.

okay so braindump...
clint's losing his goddamn mind trying to be happy for nat and bucky and being the good friend and the good guy but it just ain't a good look on him and so he pulls back. and on nat's side, i dunno maybe things are moving too fast with bucky, maybe he wants a committment maybe something i dunno but it freaks her out and she finds herself on clint's doorstep in the middle of the night just trying to sort through all her feels. and he IS the good guy and he tries to help her through it but about four drinks in he just breaks down and tells her how he feels and how he's always felt and now she's just scared as FUCK and runs away. and the next time he sees her it's at some avengers gathering or whatever and bucky IDEK, like he sweetly and wonderfully makes some kind of public declaration of love for nat that could almost be constured as a proposal and everybody's like YAY! except for nat (who freaks the hell out) and clint (who gets out of there as fast as humanly possible). and she follows him and finds him and there is dirty!bad!wrong!makeoutage happening and absolutley no resolution, but at the moment i'm kind of okay with that b/c hello? DIRTY!BAD!WRONG!MAKEOUTAGE.
or, you know, whatever. *g*

Thank you very much! I might find a way to continue this, but it'll be a little while.
