ode to mrs. shearin
mrs. shearin was my 6th-8th grade Chorus teacher. she was a heavy woman, whenever she walked around you could hear her pantyhose rubbing together. we all made fun of her but she was a good teacher. she gave my middle school years some substance. chorus was my fav. all that to say
I GOT THE JOB! i am Rosemont Middle School's New Chorus teacher. thank the LORD!
i can't believe i got this job...i'm not certified at all to teach, but i got the hook up through a few of the teachers i worked with during summer camp. so i'll be starting the day after i get back from VA for arianne's wedding. crazy, huh? and i also won't be here for training because of the wedding, but somehow, that didn't matter to them. i'm going into this thing completely unprepared, but the Lord will work it out. haha. craaaaaaaaaazy!
