books arrived!
Late yesterday afternoon, I opened the front door to discover a box on our doorstep, containing complimentary copies of my new book. For the first time, I held a hard copy of a published book with my name on the front. Needless to say, I'm as happy as a dog in a creek. To quote Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young (which seems appropriate given that it's a book about youth in the sixties), "it's been a long time coming!"
