short update
Man, I was so productive there for a little while, and then...sucked into TEH WEB!
Looks like I might not have any CDs to take to WotW after all, I think I have sold out. It's funny how you can have something to sell for years and then you say "hey, I’m unloading these this weekend, let me know if you want one!" and then they are all just about gone. :-) I'm not complaining, it's all good.
The weekend was a good one. We took Grace up to meet her Great, Great Grandmother. We took a picture (Left the camera at home) with Five Generations of McGuire women. Pretty cool.
We also had lunch with more of Kim's family that lives up there in Mount Vernon/just off base. Kim's uncle Ed is inspiring. I hope I can have that many accomplishments and energy at 70.
Grace of course, did very well though this is the second time she has puked/spit up a little right after getting into the van. Might be road sickness. I need to remember to turn her seat around this week.
I enjoyed chatting with Steve and bitching about politics. Otherwise it was an uneventful trip. (Until the end, where we had a little family drama. But such is life.)
Sunday was football, naps, stroller rides with Gracie, and even some armour repair. I got my camail reattached, fixed one set of my legs and puttered around a bit. Tonight I need to start getting ready for WotWs.
Tuesday is practice, Wednesday is more WotWs prep (and traffic court), Thursday is the Yarnvid meeting to get ready for Battles of Britain, and Friday we leave for the event. Fun times!
