Ok,so I took some pictures before we left for dinner yesterday. One of me, and a couple of Austin. So you only have to look at ugly me for a second before getting to the cute baby pics.

Cut to hide the evilness that is me )

Yes, I had a really good Thanksgiving. :) Though oddly there was not enough mashed potatoes and stuffing, something we usually have tons of. And we had fewer people there this year. Very weird.

We had enough rolls to make up for the missing potatoes, but the stuffing was sorely missed. :(

:( i love rolls too - lol and i still cannot figure out how to make the stuffing thats usually around for thanksgiving...you know the moist stuffing that has a wee bit of chicken or turkey in it.

-melts- food is a god.

The secret of course to moist stuffing is to make it live up to its name and stuff it inside the turkey. :) Then as long as the turkey is nice and moist the stuffing will be too.

Well, my family has two tricks. First, we use those poultry bag things, these plastic bags you seal the food up in and it keeps the moisture in. The second is to use one of those stand alone roasters that you put on the counter and plug in. Not only do they do an awesome job of keepign the moisture in, but if frees up the oven to cook everything else.
