Blade Trinity

I just watched Blade Trinity, and I think it has to be one of the worst movies ever made. I figured it would be at least passable, since vampires are cool and Jessica Biel is hot, but I was pretty emphatically wrong. The dialogue is terrible, the acting is terrible, the choreographed fighting is terrible, the CGI is terrible...I guess you get the idea. You know how in every vampire movie there's a chase scene involved somehow? Trinity is no exception. You know what the guy was running from? This scary monster:

I'm not joking, he's running from a vampiric Pomeranian. I mean, the jokes just kind of write themselves at this point. I can't think of a single thing less climactic than watching a cute little dog trying to run, sliding around on marble floor. Maybe it was supposed to be a joke...did I mention the humor in this movie was terrible too? Not only do I want the hour and forty five minutes I wasted watching this back, I want the bandwith I used on it back too.

For those that don't know, yes, that is my dog. His name is Gizmo, and he's cuter than your dog. If you don't have a dog, he's cuter than any dog you'll ever get.

On a completely unrelated note, the new Mike Jones album is disappointing, although I guess I can't say I expected much to begin with. The lyrics are bad, but as previously established, you don't listen to a Mike Jones song for the lyrics. Unless you like listening to him scream his name and phone number 10 times a song. The beats are for the most part good, which would be great if most of the songs weren't just lifted from previous albums. This album has been "coming soon" since 2003 and all he can do is string together a bunch of previously released stuff? On the song "Grandma" he tries to pay tribute to the woman that has most influenced his life, but it's hard to take the song seriously when it starts out like this: "Oh Grandma...MIKE JONES!!!! WHO????"
