Found a house.. Moving in Sunday.. Awesome! :D
Should be good for the cobalt flux (can't wait for home DDR or DS Supernova) in the living room.
The bad news is that it'll take me 40+ minutes cycling to work.. crap
Must get a car again soon.. (why did I sell mine again?)
Someone cut mushrooms into a meal for me last night and surprise surprise... I got sick after... Why do people not believe me when I say I can't eat mushrooms because they make me sick? They think that I just don't like the taste of mushrooms...
My boss is getting on my case again at work... She found a couple of (seriously small) mistakes I made in the past year..
One thing was a form that was "missing"... I did the work on the form back on 20th of December 2005, so because the form was missing, it was my fault... Thing is... The form was probably moved from when I filed it about 30 times by other people. Anyway.. I spent 1 and a half hours searching for it.. then I found it in a place that there is no way I could have put it there...
Second problem is that we get loads of stuff every day... I have to Log each problem to the system before I work on the problem. (for audit purposes, and so people can pick up my work if I'm out sick or whatever). I get between 15-50 of these things a day and she found ONE from like 2 months ago that I didn't put into the system... I just did the work on it. If you saw how much stuff we get, you'd know how small an issue that is. Yes I made a mistake, but jeeez.
Thirdly... The process changed on one internal application... We were told back in June that we have to disable users instead of deleting them in future or it might cause a few errors on the system. (errors being error messages appearing for people) Anyway I apparently deleted one user on August 3rd (that had left the company) and then she freaked out... I obviously didn't remember that we are now disabling them instead of deleting... Yes, a mistake, I'm sorry, but christ... a small mistake, don't kill me god damnit!
This job... All of us make little mistakes... and we normally fix them pretty quickly (like a date missing on a form or whatever)... She just seems to be picking on me for some reason...
I swear she's trying to get me sacked.. I hate her... I bet she's written all of these little things in an excel file somewhere so she can show it to someone and get me sacked... jeesus... I could show her a list twice as big for anyone on my team with the same problems...
Hmmm... Should I work harder, or look for another job... I dunno.
