Interview
This morning I had an interview at 8AM. Achh! I have pretty much adapted to getting to bed shortly after midnight and getting up shortly after 8AM, so getting up at 6:20AM was a shock. However, the interview was with a technical recruiter and I think it went fairly well.
Also, this morning I saw a couple of new positions in my e-mail so applied for them and intend to follow through with phone conversations with the recruiters. Further, this Friday there is a tele-seminar (whatever that is) by a local recruiter group, techies.com, which I try out. Can't hurt.
For the last six weeks I haven't been to the local meditation group partly as I was visiting with karyn during the holidays and then because they were relocating from a rented space to a member's home. However, they are resettled and I should be able to go this evening. That will be nice in and of itself, but social networks in the area also can't hurt for job prospects, either.
