I don't know where to post this. I don't even know what to say.
All I know is that I am immensely worried about Jared Padalecki right now.
I don't know what's going on, but I do know that if anyone deserves the love and support he's reaching out for, it's this man.
At DCCon last year, I stood beside him three times. For only a few moments each time. He is one of the sweetest, most genuine people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He quite literally lit up the room. I've always adored him, but he stole my heart that weekend because he is such a beautiful, incredible human being.
I would not be where I am today without the show that this man made possible. I don't believe I ever would have even pursued a Master's degree, let alone a Ph.D., without Supernatural. Ten years ago, I happened upon this little show, and it changed my life. Jared Padalecki made that possible. And it hurts so much to not know how to help.
To Jared: I know you'll never read this, but my thoughts are with you. Please take the time you need to care for yourself. And know that you're not alone, and you are loved. Whatever you're going through, please always remember that. <3 #AlwaysKeepFighting #SPNfamily

Because sometimes you need someone to meet you on the ground, to break your fall, instead of trying to pull you back up.
