God Damnit!!!
Fucking TV's frozen, and I'm trying to watch Leverage, since I missed it at its regular time, because I have a certain friend who doesn't seem to understand that "I need to be home before 10" means that I need to be home by 10. Love her to death, but when I've got my show, plus a whole shitload of classwork to do, and I'm babysitting tomorrow, she needs to learn when to shut up and let me leave. But I don't have the heart to just go, because she also has two kids, and Nik freaks out whenever I leave, and so I was trying to help her get him to bed, and I was completely okay with that, but then he was in bed and asleep and so was Sadie, and I was like, "okay, I'm leaving now," and she's like "no, no, stay while I have a cigarette," and so I figure 5 minutes, no big deal--then, a half hour later I finally got to leave.
And the worst part was that I smelled like a goddamn cigarette by the time I got home because she had to sit in on the enclosed porch without opening a window because it was cold, and, by the way, I am ALLERGIC to cigarette smoke, and so I had to take another shower at 10:45 at night.
I am annoyed.
I apologize for the rant.
Also, Bones needs to get its shit together. Quickly.
