I am looking for some advice. I have been able to stay with the firm workouts for one month and I think that I am ready to start an eating plan. I am mostly looking for pro’s and cons for weight watchers online. I can get a $10 discount threw my work which is pretty cool. I haven’t weighed myself in a long time and really don’t want to. I get so caught up in the numbers that it is hard for me to remember that I am doing this for my health. Weight Watchers is based on your weight so I don’t know if this would be a good thing for me or not. Is there anyone like me that has tried wwonline that could give me some advice? I am also a single female living alone on just my income if that matters.
