I feel so settled

So I have essentially finished with my accommodations issues for the rest of the island portion of my trip.  I decided to skip Naxos and just stay here on Paros, which will give me time to delve into the island significantly more in detail than at Mykonos - or, indeed, at any of my other stops.  Sometimes you just gotta pause (that's POW-zuh).  Hopefully I can get my landlord Marios to knock something off the price.  And my agency came through and got me something on Santorini for E62 incl breakfast, that may even have a caldera view (the capital / main port of Santorini is perched on an old volcano caldera, which blew away the Minoan civilization on Crete when it erupted sometime in the 16th c. BC(E)).  Woo-hoo!  It'll be nice not to have to deal with logistics for more than a week.

Yesterday evening, I got on my bike and just went as far as I could get while still exploring seemingly interesting nooks and crannies.  One nook I found was Eurodivers, which at E95 for two dives is the same as Palau and probably not nearly as good, but I can't resist the allure of diving in Greece.  So I'll head back there tomorrow, probably, and get my annual dive fix.  This is the one time it would be good to have contacts, but oh, well.  Most of my diving has been without them, and the magnification effect helps, anyway.
