A long awaited update...

Well just thought it was about time to shed a bit of my life with the VERY few that read about it...not much to tell. I've been trying to find ways of entertaining myself without the use of silly electronics (mostly b/c of the fact that I'm poor. lol) and I've found that smoking pot, drinking beer, bbq-ing, and having friends over is the best! My dear old friend Charles returned home from his voyage to Vicksburg...he brought with him some NUGEETS!!!...they were delicious! Right before he came and took part in the feast o' ribs he stopped by Handy Pantry and got one of those hand held vaporizers....NICE! It was some bush kush, not to be confused with the 'bo 'dro. lol It's been awhile since I've bought pot.

Last weekend I went to see Jesus Christ Superstar the musical at the Centroplex in Baton Rouge. This was Ted Neeley's last tour. Me, my mommy, and my grammy went together. It was nice...to do the whole family thing. My mom and I watched the movie our whole lives. What was great was after the show, my buzzing momma wanted to meet Ted Neeley so her and I walked around the theatre and looked for the bus. I was the first to start noticing all the cast members walking by..."look, there's Caesar, and Mary, and Peter, etc." Finally I stopped Judas and asked if Ted was gonna be walking by and he said to just be patient. Well after freezing my nuts off (figuratively of course) this security guy walked up and asked if we were the two ladies looking to see Ted. We nodded and he gestured to follow him. He took us backstage through a maze of hallways and doors and finally we got to a room of about 15-20 people or so who were all waiting to see Ted as well. My mom and stayed back and let the masses rush him like idiots. We wanted he undivided attention and we got it. When it was finally our turned to speak with him my mom introduced us as the mother daughter team we were and of course he was amazed to know that I was my mother kids...I put up with the obligatory "oh but you look like sisters" conversation and finally got to take a picture. Ted asked where I was staying and what I was doing and I told him I lived in Hattiesburg and go to USM for psychology. He then told me that before he got into the whole musical gig that he was also a psychology major and that playing in Jesus Christ Superstar was a fluke...neat! Then my mom bullshitted with him for a bit and we headed back to her new place....good weekend...no fights or nothing! lol

This past weekend Garrick and Rodney came by on their way to Fat Harry's. Jesse and I where planning on dropping a hit of our precise gel tabs and asked if they wanted to partake in the activities....Rodney was all about it, Garrick took some consoling. We dropped our hits and waited for about 15-20 minutes or so for our trip to set in. I had been to a party tripping before but never a bar...it was fucking ridiculous...nothing made since to me. I sat in my chair observing everyone objectively and watched as the underage girls got ripped and let the frat boys feel them up. I watched as the girls took "good" pictures of themselves to put up on myspace and show what an awesome time they had. I listened to the rednecks, dikes, and wannabees go up on stage and either sing their hearts out or make a fool of themselves...I begin to feel a little fear and loathing-ish while I watched friends wither to such dumb beasts as I wandered who in the hell were feading them the alcohol. lol eventually I wanted nothing more than to just get the fuck out of there...I had a much better time sitting at home with a couple friends watching movies and listening to music....ahhhh, what a night.

Well now I'm sitting in the library waiting for some of my professors to return to their offices...I think I'm about to go check on that and work on some homework like a good little girl.
Hopefully it won't be another eon until I write again.lol Until next time, kids....
