I went to two capoeira classes today. I worked really hard, but not as hard as I think I can. My body hates me.
There's always pain. Pain is everywhere all the time. When I touch you, you shouldn't think "Oh hey, it's Nile! Today is going to be a good day." No, there is only pain. Always everywhere.
