i need help
i am having an internet problem and wanted to know if anyone out there could help. im on a laptop via wireless connection, so i know the router is ok and the modem. my computer (which is hooked up to the actual cable modem) is weird. it stays connected for a few minutes, then it wont let me on any websites, AIM, or any product updates. sometimes if i get on AIM before it does this weird stuff it lets me stay on there and nothing else for the internet will work. i turned the firewall off to try that, it didnt work. i dunno whats going on. ijust reformatted my computer, so i dont have anything on it like that. any ideas? HELPPPP
