Recap
I had the most amazing dream two nights ago- sort of want to kill my rabbit for waking me up. It had interesting enough characters that I now want to write about it, though I will admit naming is hard. The ones I chose don't quite fit. >.>
Also starting to read (finally!) the Lord of the Rings trilogy, and I think Tolkien's inspiring me world-building-wise. I've already done maps (though they may be redone for the third time >.>) but I think making up history and an overall timeline for the world would be a *lot* of fun.
Summer's almost two weeks in.. and while I sort of miss school, I'm at least getting a lot done. (Not just video games, either! >.> Though I did beat Spyro for the first time yesterday, and got up to 89% completion today, huzzah! <.< I have no life.) Studying Spanish/French/Japanese/Arabic in turns, which is sort of giving me a headache.. but it makes me feel good to be doing something. Now if I can just get myself away from Tumblr... But there are pictures of Chris Colfer on there... I'm good where I am, thanks. :3
Sigh. Currently waiting at the apartment, alone for the.. third time this week? until my friend picks me up so we can go out to MYA tonight. I am bored. Got through five pages of FotR in ten/fifteen minutes before finally saying screw it. Maybe I'll get some writing done but I doubt it.
Wanted to go out with a MYA friend this week, but they ended up not getting a ride. ._. I love going, I really do, but it's always so HARD to meet up outside of the meetings. And I really would like to hang out with some of the kids. *sigh* Well, it is what it is.
And yes, I did repaint the LJ again. I wonder if I'll ever start writing on here as regularly as I did before. Maybe then I'd actually start remembering things better. :P
