Penguin lays in his simple twin size bed in his room in the dark, fully awake; eyes hazed over with a little sleep but signs of a bad dream was obvious. Sweat drench his body and the simple sheet that covered him. Penguin slowly set himself up in a sitting position. His short raven hair clung to skin; he ran his right hand through his hair and sighed then looked over to his roommate Shachi. The two shared a room just because the two went everywhere together. It was their past that made them strong but it also was the reason they really couldn't part for to long; especially at night. It had always been at the dead of night when things have gone bad; but the past was not the reason that kept Penguin up and awake.
"Not again." Penguin mumbled to himself as he tossed the sheet off and planted his bare feet on the cold metal of the submarine floor. Penguin had slipped on a pair of the slippers and made his way out of the room.
Penguin needed to take a walk; he decided to go get some air. The submarine had been lured to a giant coral that was sticking out the ocean.
