search for surprise!BAMF!John fics

I hope this is allowed... can anyone rec me fics with surprise!BAMF!John?
It could be outsider POV, I assume - and they'd think John is just a mild mannered, nice, non-confrontational, polite, average English guy, and THEN... BAMF!soldier!John makes appearance! It could be anything, really... some unexpected, dangerous situation where he's viewed as a non-threatening civilian... going undercover as ....whatever, and for some reason having to prove his badassness... getting jumped by muggers... idek, ANYTHING?
First "OMG I thought he was just this boring doctor guy who follows around Sherlock like a puppy but now he just took out all those bad guys single-handedly" moment of any canon character could also work :)
Johnlock is my true love, but gen would be also awesome! Pleasepleaseplease? I can even offer sherlock-y-art as finder's reward!
