beta signup for Bang*Bang Artist Special #2
This is the beta signup for A Little Night Music, our second-ever artist special. This issue has two different deadlines, and therefore this will be a two-pronged signup.
Tuesday, September 4 is the text deadline: If you are going to include any text in your submission, it must be in to the editorial staff by then. We'll only be editing for grammar and mechanics, though, so if you want someone to help with plot, pacing, dialogue, or anything else content-related, this would be a good place to ask. Similarly, if you feel comfortable giving feedback on these things, this is a good time to offer.
Tuesday, September 18 is the everything deadline: If it's going to go in the issue, it needs to be in our hot little hands -- or, uh, our hot little inbox. That includes both short comics and standalone art. If you want someone else's eyes, or if you'd like to be someone else's, here's a great place to connect.
If you want to send us members of the editorial staff in-progress works for feedback, we'd be happy to give it! However, we don't demand people submitting to the artist special issue give us progress stuff -- the way we figure it is, either you show up by the deadline or you don't, same as it is with the regular issues. Along the same line, the signups are both still open and not mandatory; if you haven't tossed your name in the hat yet, there's still plenty of room, and even if you never sign up at all, if it comes to us by the deadline, we'll take it!
