Carmelita just turned 20 and is from the central coast of california. She lives in a small town called Watsonville. She was a student at Cabrillo College, in Aptos California, but is taking a year off to do community service for 10 months with Americorps NCCC in Washington DC during the 2004 - 2005 school year. She enjoys talking online, livejournal, PSP, acting, doing improv, screenwritting, reading, hanging out with her friends, music, and movies. She is a new to the mods, and has only been a mod for a couple of months. she came aboard when Jess was leaving and the mods needed some help stamping and keeping the community maintained. she likes being a mod because you really get to help out the people in the community, and you meet a lot of cool people. she spends a lot of her time listening to music. Her favorite bands are the beatles, the cure, hot hot heat, the darkness, weezer, new found glory, the donnas, sublime, the doors, and queen. she owns a community for Americorps members americorps_nccc, and is a stamped member of plus_cuties, and mostprettyfats.

Lauren is a 17 year old body piercer from Long Island, New York. She is a senior at Sachem North Highschool. This year she has just been trying to get highschool over as quickly as possible and get some money! When she's not in school or putting holes in people, she enjoys listening to music, doing stuff with cars, driving around aimlessly, and chillin with her friends. Lauren became a mod in April 2004, when Jess made a post in bb_pretties about there being an opening for a mod position. Lauren took advantage of this opportunity. Her favorite band is Sublime but she enjoys a wide variety of music, including reggae, hardcore, drum n bass, rap, old punk. She trys to keep an open mind about music. She enjoys being a mod because she likes to help things run smoothly and ooooh the drama :) oh and she likes rejecting people ;). she owns the community bitchy_beauties, but it's pretty dead now. she has been quoted as saying "Oh well!"

Aka. Jen, Jersey Jen, Be-yank, that Yankee girl, Jenifer Robin
Jenifer is the newest mod here at bb_pretties and she made her mod debute towards the end of summer 2004. She is a 29 year old Jersey girl who is currently residing in North Carolina. Jenifer is currently a grad student, a TA and to top it off she is studying for a MA in History from the University of North Carolina. She applied to be a mod when it was announced that donnaramona would be taking a leave of absence. All the mods were completely impressed with Jenifer's maturity and professionalism. When asked what she liked about being a mod is said "The co-mods have been extremely helpful and nice to me. They are very kind and dedicated women." Due to an allergic reaction to country and gangsta rap music, Jenifer enjoys listening to hard rock. Bands such as Type O Negative, Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, Korn, STP, Velvet Revolver, Foo Fighters, and System of a Down satisfy her inner rocker. But she also has a soft spot for the more acoustic rock, like Michelle Cummings, John Mayer, Junebug, Tammany Hall NYC, etc. She isn't really that involved with any other communities but you might see some of her sporatic posts in yankeesfans, al_east, dawsonscreek, or typeonegative.
