Just to let everyone know, incase they want to count calories, that a pound of fat has 3600 calories in it, so I think that's how much you need to burn to lose it.
And green tea is a good thing.
If anyone here finds they always want to eat when they're watching tv, even if they aren't hungry, it's usually due to boredom. I try to have a magazine in my lap to read in the advert breaks, and it stops me from snacking as I have something to do with my hands.
