Y'all should post. Even if it's just to say: "Man, I wish I hadn't eaten that vat of ben & jerry's fish food and washed it down with three pints of guiness."
Anyway,
Finally getting over my cold. Back in the gym today, did my 30 minutes of penance (I mean, cardio): walked two laps, ran 6, walk/sprint intervals for the remaining time. 12 laps to a mile on this evil indoor track.
Weights:
Squats: 3 sets of 8 reps @ 135 lbs
Deadlifts: 3 sets of 6 reps @125 lbs
Lat Pulldowns: 3 sets of 6 reps @ 80 lbs
Leg Extensions: 3 sets of 6 reps @ 80 lbs
Had time for the steamroom! That's always nice.
Tonight I will probably do a Yoga DVD.
I took my bodyfat %: 31.7! Down 4% in the last 5 pounds. Very happy about that. I'd been taking it every 10 lbs and it was going down 2 points at a time, which was very depressing. I am leaving obese and entering barely acceptable.
Today's dilemma: make the yummy salmon dish I was planning or scrap that 'cuz my husband won't be home and eat something boring but healthy? I suppose I could eat beans, I like them and he thinks they're evil.
