So. Who here is familiar with Star Trek, specifically Deep Space Nine and the Klingon-Federation War, the Federation-Dominion Cold War, and the Dominion War?
Excellent. Now, who here has heard of The Inspector Lynley Mysteries?
Of that handful of people (if I'm lucky), who would want to play cheerleader/handholder-who-knows-the-characters-and-fandom for a fic that takes Tommy Lynley and Barbara Havers, gives them command of 750 crew and a Nebula-class starship, and chucks them smack in the middle of all the above-mentioned wars?
