So some guy gets a shorter prison sentence because the 10 year old girl he raped looked more like she was 16 years old, the judge says.
So just because a couple of guys don't know how to guess age, raping a 10 year old girl is suddenly less a crime?
So I go stab a hairy man in the face and claim that I thought he was a bear on the loose will I just get manslaughter instead of murder?
It's almost as if the judge is saying "that 10 year old wanted it". Fuck what is wrong with this planet, and why do I have this horrible feeling in my head every time I watch the news.
