So, another Hallowe'en has been and gone and the worst I had to endure was a few hours wearing a witch's hat at work, and that wasn't even for Hallowe'en so it doesn't really count. That's right, nobody throwing up on me, nobody falling asleep on me, nobody bitching about anybody else. Part of me misses those student Hallowe'ens of yore, but the old man in me rather enjoyed the serenity. Especially after a full day at work split between three different libraries.
Since long shifts at work, frosty evenings and a gym with random hot/cold don't mix the fitness regime has taken a bit of a nose dive next week, but a few people at work have been commenting so I'm not too stressed out about it. Plus this week's a quiet one work-wise so I can easily make up for the slacking off and the excessive drinking this week.
Last night I forewent watching The X Factor live - sacrilege, I know! - to go and see High School Musical 3. It's very much what you'd expect from the first two movies, just this time they actually have a half decent budget to play with.
And that's about the whole of things recently. The head's still a lil bit all over the place but a late night post-cinema drive helped clear things a bit. All I need to do now is hope that speed camera wasn't working after all...
