Theatre Rice's Apocalypse Later was awesome. They did a set of one-acts called duologues that were really intense and really well done. The comedies were really funny too. The movies were a little interesting because they were really nice quality with could've-been-better acting. On the whole, though, it was a really good show.
And now I'm back home, and all of my roommates are gone until later so the house is quiet, and kind of lonely. It's times like this when I really want a dog. Or even a cat - that's how desperate I am. I miss pets. I like loud, love-full houses with lots of animal/s. Big dog, many cats, whatever. I even miss Angela's chickens. Although very few of the chickens cuddle. On the upside, I get to spend a few days with Christine this week, and she has kittens (birthed 'em herself and everything). And I'm starting my countdowns to both Thanksgiving(s) and my trip up to Seattle, which is making me excited. I haven't been on a plane in far too long, and when I'm done with the plane, I get to see cousin!
San Jose has been overly sunny. But I got my fog-and-rain fix yesterday in Berkeley, which was pretty. Some days you just need some gray, you know? But now I'm ready for more sun. Kind of. I might need to go do some touristy things in SF if it keeps up with this whole sun-all-the-time thing.
