So, I'm downstairs doing my thing because the wife is upstairs watching The Bachelor. I agree with you. I saw a Tweet a week or so ago that mentioned there's as much sodium in a can of Coke as there is in a pizza. I knew about the sugar content, but that surprised me. And while I'll still have a Coke on occasion, I've cut way, way back and feel better for it.

btw, I've never gone out and bought coke either. That shit is really bad for your nose, and I hear it's expensive.

Actually, I take that back. I believe I bought coke for the first Maine Event. I'm not sure it was coke, but I know it was a beverage I don't typically drink, so it couldn't have been orange juice, iced tea, or milk.
