I agree with you. I saw a Tweet a week or so ago that mentioned there's as much sodium in a can of Coke as there is in a pizza. I knew about the sugar content, but that surprised me. And while I'll still have a Coke on occasion, I've cut way, way back and feel better for it.

Actually, I take that back. I believe I bought coke for the first Maine Event. I'm not sure it was coke, but I know it was a beverage I don't typically drink, so it couldn't have been orange juice, iced tea, or milk.
