It's about 6am in Switzerland. In a few hours CERN is going to crank up the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) and a handful of crazy people are going to discover that it won't end the world. Of course if it does, it'll probably be over so fast nobody could notice. Thats lovely, unfortunatly, in the past week, I've come accros a rediculous number of articles about the LHC. The phrase 'old news' keeps coming to mind. Plans for this thing have been kicked around for over a decade, somebody just let me know what they find when they turn it on.
