Muzicons.com Three days. Three days that blue tarp has sat, rolled around the body of what was left of Tallulah. No one was really sure what to do with her - if she would come back in the condition her corpse was in. Barely having a head - or face, for that matter - to speak of makes it a little hard to tell if she will eventually recover from the

so he just sits, and waits for some sign that would tell him everything is all right. )

[after being woken up so many times by different visitors, she's started to be roused by the sound of people walking in and sitting down. but ever so barely. first, her hand twitches, nose scrunching a little as if she has an itch. after what seems like a great physical debate, her eyes open half way, falling back shut as if it was a great effort to open them in the first place.
but, eventually, after what seems to be a battle of the ages, she reawakens, at least partially, sighing as she blinks once, twice, slowly. she looks barely awake as she pulls a little smile, limbs feeling a bit too akin to bricks to reach out to him.]
Hey, dad...

Hey, there... ( although he sounds exhausted, it's still not hard to tell the happiness in his voice. ) How are you feeling?

My head hurts. [her voice cracks halfway through the sentence and she swallows hard, looking around the room in her field of vision to look for a drink of some sort.she noticed that hesitance but, to be honest, she still hasn't figured out how she got this way anyway, so all of this hesitance scares her a little. with great effort on her part, she moves her hand to reach out toward him.
coltin wasn't much help having a fit earlier, but she somehow feels like he'll be a bit more comforting.]
Can I have a drink? [she swallows again, as if trying to wet her throat.]

that she was here, and alive. the question causes him to glance over his shoulder, remembering seeing the kitchen when he came in and giving a small nod as he gives her hand a small squeeze, and moves to stand as he lets go. )
I'll go and get you something, okay.

'Kay.. [she gives a small smile at that, as if trying to reassure him herself that she is indeed alive and okay. alive and well but tired and aching, her sinuses feeling like they're trying to make a jailbreak from her skull isn't necessarily normal. that and she gives a little groan of pain as she tries to scrub at her eyes, unaware that she has black eyes. or at least, minor bruising around her eyes, depending on how you view it.]

Here, do you want to try and sit up?

Yeah... [she fumbles a little trying to get up, smiling a little in embarrassment that she can't really do it. but eventually, she manages to get herself up, but she's practically panting with the effort. she reaches for the water after a moment, ignoring how her head feels like it's swimming.]
Thank you.

You're welcome. ( there's a another sigh, rubbing his hands together slowly as he speaks again: ) I'm so glad you're all right.

[she takes the water, taking a second to make sure her hands are steady enough to hold said water. she takes a few rather large gulps of water before leaning back, holding it in her lap just in case she gets another case of cotton mouth a little too soon.
she gives him a tired glance as his hands rub together, throwing her hand out for him again, hoping he'll hold it instead of worrying his hands in such a manner.] Stop worrying. Just give me a few days and I'll be alright again, okay?
[a pause, and her smile falters a little.] Even though I'm not even... really sure what I'm recovering from..

but a moment passes and all he can decide is to explain it as it truly is. ) You died. You killed Sven, and he killed you and then...
And then Will, ( he grits the name out, his grip tightening for a second. ) decided that he would keep his word on whatever it was he warned you over, and unloaded a shotgun at close range into your head.

[her face screws up as he says it, just like when Coltin told her the same story. it would explain the pain in her face, particularly the left side.]
But... why would I do that? I mean, what has he done that I would do that? What would Will warn me over?
[she goes to rub her eyes again, hissing at the dull ache of bruising, squinting as she looks around again.] Can I have my glasses? Or contacts? I can't see worth shit with this headache..

( he sighs, leaning back a bit in order to try and think things over. though he's distracted by her question, looking around for any sight of either thing she asked for. ) I'm not sure if they were brought over... maybe you should try laying back down though for now.

Damn it, Coltin. [she mutters, despite the fact that, you know, no one would think to bring glasses or contacts over for a dead body. his suggestion to lay down, though, is taken gratefully. she twists some, noticeably wobbling, as she sets the glass on the bedside table, before sagging back under the covers to a half-laying position.
though despite all the wobbling and movement, she refuses to let go of his hand. it's just good to have someone nearby, and with her. after she's settled in, she sighs in relief.]
My head feels like a lead weight... are you gonna fill me in on what's going on, or.. ?
Reply
I just want you to worry about getting better, and I'll fill you in later. But for now, I'd rather shy away from the topics... I'm at limit concerning all this.

[she nods a little in understanding, though, at the same time she sort of desperately wanted to know what happened. or at least - what they knew of what happened. though - if she'd just come back, well. she didn't even have one contact in, and well, that probably meant she'd been shooting blind.]
Sorry. I probably started it, too, knowing me...
