(no subject)
The Yeah Yeah Yeahs have a song on their new album called "Skeletons" which is going to be the new "Maps." what do I mean by that? Simply that this is the song that's going to be in commercials for every new indie movie that's released this year. And no I don't mean that in a bad way at all, since next to the White Stripes, Yeah Yeah Yeahs are my favorite "modern" band. This new album is actually really good, but for me it just doesnt resonate as much as their previous one "Show your bones." Still definitely worth a listen.
In other news:
1) my soster is moving back to my house Monday so she can have her knee surgery on the 28th. I'll be out of school by that point so she wants me to micromanage her doctors while she's all drugged out.
2) I'm almost done with school so I have a lot of shit I need to get done in the next 2 weeks. 2 Business plans, editing a final paper, a science final and that's basically it. It doesnt sound like a lot when I write it down but boy howdy is it annoying.
3)Graduating in May
4) calling Veritude to see if I can get hooked up with a job.
