Strobe Edge Review (Manga, Live Action)
Hi! I think it's been a while since I last posted in here. Well life just gets in my way. Actually no. I got myself a boyfriend, and life has always been about him since then. And now, we just broke up, and I started to fangirl again. I think I am more suited to imaginary world, I guess. Hahaha.
Anyway recently I started to read manga, and it's Strobe Edge. I've known it way before the live action, but somehow for some reason, I kept on delaying to read it. Now I got the time to read it, IT'S SO AWESOME!!! Like Ren is freaking kakkoii!!!!! Even Andou, Daiki, everyone around it. OMG, I can't get enough of it. Like THEY'RE ALL IKEMEN. So, I was expecting that the live action will be so good.
But but, turns out mehhh. I really dislike the heroine in the movie. Because she's actually trying to, idk, trying to look all good in her frames. Even while crying she's trying to maintain her cute face. Erghh. Ninako in the manga is more like a lively characters, and everyone around her likes her. Even Ren likes her because of her characters. So it's no wonder Daiki and Andou likes Ninako in the manga. But in the movie, Ninako looks gloomy, and she's like a quiet, reserved person. I don't see the reason why Ren and Andou like her.
I was looking forward for Sayuri and Daiki love's story tho. Because I really like the scene where Daiki asked Sayuri whether it is right for him to still have feelings for Ninako, when he has Sayuri. And then they hold hands. OMG THAT WAS SO CUTEE I WAS WAITING FOR THAT SCENE!!!
Afterall, the movie is awesome, if I haven't read the manga. Since I read the manga, I'm quite bias towards the movie. Ren and Andou did a good job tho! I wish Fukushi Sota and Yamazaki Kento are actually in that movie. They look so good for Andou and Ren.
