[ Leon is surprised for about half a second, worried about fire getting breathed in his face. When that doesn't happen, though, he relaxes and lets Jia lick him. It's not particularly hygienic, but he's not doing any harm. One arm slips under Jia's hind legs to support the dog, another goes up to scratch behind Jia's ear. You saw none of this. ]

How much excercise does he get? Generally speaking, the more tired they are, the more responsive they are to training.

[ At least, that's how iy worked with Pongo and Perdita's puppies. Also scrith scritch scritch. ]

He actually gets a lot... Unfortunately, he would take a nap right after before he wakes up again.
