Jack arrives at the building twenty minutes before the designated hour. It's a place CTU uses occasionally, so it's already completely wired but otherwise fairly nondescript.

He parks his car around the back and makes a quick call to Tony, delivering a short summary of the situation.

Then he settles in to wait.
