I was having a shit day. I come home, check my flist and see you've updated. Cue squee of joy :) And then you go and fix the boys, then break them and then do this:
"Because you're everything," Dean forces himself not to look away this time, even though it’s terrifying. "Because I'm fucking crazy about you. I don't know how it happened and I don't know how to stop it."

And now I'm just a puddle of goo. This was so sad and perfect and bittersweet and exactly what I needed ♥

I'm glad it helped, just a little :) Even if it's bittersweet! But at least there's hope, and by god, they're working on it :)

Okay so I'm having one of those super emotional days and this update has just made my day so much better, so thank you for that. I've already hugged you in chat but I'm gonna do it here too. *hugs*

I loved how they woke up together, the way Cas kissed Dean, it's so simple in it's domesticity and that's what makes it great. The mention of Sam made me miss him as much as Dean does, and I can't help but wonder what he's doing.

But the duck feeding scene killed me, in the absolute best way, because I've been wanting it to happen for both their sakes. Cas needed to know that it's not just sex and Dean needed to be able to admit his feelings. "You're everything" is just that, everything.

The domesticity: I love it. I am glad others love it too! SPN has precious little domesticity in canon or fandom...

Yeah, Dean is such a stubborn guy with so many issues that he absolutely won't own up to feeling anything until he's practically cornered like an animal, and Cas, y'know, is just doing his best to figure this human thing out. At least they're finally getting to be on similar pages, if not the same one quite yet.
